Established in 2015. Chef Fabrice Roux opened his namesake restaurant with his wife Jennifer and son Jake on December 20, 2015. Chef Fabrice and Jennifer sold Roux to their beloved kitchen staff, Pablo And Ruben Munoz who are keeping what chef fabrice created still the same with the same concept of delishes food.
